Sons and Grandchildren followed the same education at the University of Naples Federico II's Department of Engeneering and since the 2000s have joined the company, taking responsibility, first son Maurizio and today grandson Domenico Maria assisted by his sister Sofia.

With the succession of generations and the application of further university studies in the field of industrial engineering, the spectrum of consulting has been expanded, and today Paceingegneria, under the leadership of the current qualified owners, represents a true laboratory of ideas and projects for integrated claims management.

Since 1987, the Head Office has moved to a prestigious building Riserva Reale in front of the Naples Cathedralwhere, with a skilful radical renovation, modern and functional offices were built and then the national presence was consolidated by abandoning the headquarters in Caserta and Rome and moving the head office to Vicenza and the operating offices in Naples, Modena and France.

The Pace Firm is an insurance adjuster, i.e., it is the Team that one of the Contracting Parties of the policy chooses to achieve its goal in a complex process that will prove successful only if carried out with timeliness and great professionalism .

From molds to the construction of Yachts and mega Yachts, the entire appraisal department has always been managed both for complex events and in a serial mode to be close to the insured.

Thus, the activity also extended to consulting on thestudy and analysis of phenomena e centralized claims management in a continuous synergy with Company managers and liquidators .

Equally relevant is the great work in the field of environmental reclamation and highway infrastructure ,for which the Pace Firm was called in to be involved in organizing the liquidation of damages and monitoring relations with sub-suppliers up to the serial liquidation that is still in progress .

A well-rounded consultancy aiming at both technical and management excellence that has followed and follows the changing needs of the insurer world crossed from "Fiat Topolino, to Artificial Intelligence."

Insurance companies have often requested our cooperation in the study of particular Claims issues contributing significantly to our particular training in specialized areas.

Through the application of these experiences and our studies, we have also drafted manuals for the reconstruction of insured entities from claims residuals and acquired the necessary know-how to deal with the drafting of Price Lists on new unclassified items. This work is precious and particularly useful in framing the claim quickly from the first contact with the Parties.

Important experiences have also contributed to our know-how in the area of searching for declared sunken vessels, which has seen the writer involved in coordinating the submarine searches with oceanographic vessel,on seabeds up to 600 meters,in one of the few stretches of sea characterized by an impressive bathymetric jump ideal for simulating the event. With the help of anti-fraud facilities and investigators, we foiled the fraud (prot.AS20104).

The strong aptitude for technical studies and understanding of the issues behind fire investigation, has brought significant results in reconstructing the causes of fires so much that our expert analysis was also requested by the Authorities that in the Caserta area have, thus, foiled a serial fire claims scam in restaurant/bar facilities (prot.LA10201)

The Pace Firm has also been called upon several times by Generali management to first provide professional advice on the study of arising market phenomena and then to contribute to the management project delegated to the Claims department.

This often resulted in a detailed study of a phenomenon that could have been disruptive through years of professional study work . Once all its dynamics were clarified, it was possible to frame the liquidation process in both normative and technical terms.
